Many of us first experienced the joy of painting while using a watercolor pan paint set as children. These watercolor sets include bright, dry watercolor cakes resting in a plastic or metal case with room to store a round watercolor brush. The solid paints are activated by adding water. Adding a lot creates thin, light, translucent paint; adding a little water and swooshing the brush around creates more saturated tones. Easy to use and easy to clean up, they are the perfect paints for children and beginnersbut theyre great for adults, too, ideal for adult coloring books, professional artist sketches, and illustrations.
